This is my thesis for the Audio Engineer Diploma at SAE in London.
It was nice that Roey Izhaki, the lecturer in charge of the written assignment, allow/encouraged this one as they usually ask students to write more technical papers.
I am using an explanation of the creative process by John G. Bennett (mathematician, scientist, technologist, industrial research director and author) against a couple of examples of interviews by Tony Visconti and Nigel Godrich.
Fabio came to visit London in 2004 and thought me this song. We recorded at the living room of the London rd flat close to Waterloo. I am surprised there is no more noise from cars and buses, that was one of the noisiest places I ever lived!. Fabio kept working on his repertoire and is now playing with Bert Lams.
